An example is the area located in Sábalo – Cerritos, where thousands of condominium residents, mainly national, North American and Canadian, have filed complaints about the excessive noise that exceeds up to 80 decibels, when the maximum limit is 55 decibels in the day and 50 at night.

The priority of uncontrolled celebration events, called “partiers”, is to obtain the maximum profit regardless of days or times, in the absence of the local authority of the mayor Edgar González Zatarain, of the Mayor’s Office in charge of Rogelio Olivas Osuna and from the director of Ecology and Environment, Eunice Murúa.
